This charge includes the delivery service and order handling. The item price and delivery & handling charge are shown separately before the total. Estimates remain subject to final stock, delivery and price confirmation.
Original products, direct delivery
Our independent suppliers dispatch their original branded products directly to your delivery address. An order containing products from different suppliers can arrive in separate parcels, with separate tracking updates on your Canopy order page. Canopy remains your retailer and support contact.
Different formats, different journeys
Fresh produce, growing materials and equipment may travel through different fulfilment partners. Separate items can require separate deliveries. Dispatch timing and any pre-order date depend on your exact selected format.
Address accuracy
Check your postcode, building or house number, street and town. A valid postcode alone does not confirm an individual delivery address. We may need to clarify an address before an order can proceed.
