Customer support chat

When you open chat, an essential protected cookie remembers the conversation in this browser for up to 30 days. We store your messages, any optional contact email, staff replies and ticket status to handle sales enquiries, complaints and returns. Chat history is available only to this browser and authorised staff. Do not send payment details or sensitive information.

AI-assisted support drafts

Authorised staff may use our Codex draft assistant, provided by OpenAI, to prepare a reply from recent chat text. Common email addresses, UK phone numbers and postcodes are removed before submission where recognised; other personal information in your message may remain. Staff review generated drafts before sending. The assistant does not automatically send messages, issue refunds or make purchases. Contact us if you prefer staff to handle your enquiry without AI assistance.

Orders and payments

Where checkout is enabled, Mollie processes payment details. We retain order, delivery, payment-reference and parcel records to manage the order. Delivery details may be sent to the fulfilment partner for your chosen product. Card details are not collected by the Canopy application.

Your account

When you choose Google sign-in, we receive your verified account identifier, email, name and Workspace domain where available. We store these details and your last sign-in to manage account access. Your Google password stays with Google. An essential, protected account session cookie expires after eight hours; signing out revokes that session. Guest checkout uses a separate protected cookie for up to 30 days to show the orders belonging to this browser without requiring Google sign-in. Guest orders are not automatically linked to an account by matching email addresses. A temporary login cookie lasts up to ten minutes. Account information is held until it is deleted or no longer needed. Contact us about account information or deletion.

Your bag

Product identifiers, selected formats, quantities and item prices are stored in this browser’s local storage. You can remove them by clearing your bag or browser site data.

Address lookup & delivery quotes

When you search for an address, the partial address or postcode is sent to Ideal Postcodes to return matching addresses. Full-postcode searches retrieve delivery points, including flats. When you request a delivery quote, the supplied address may be sent to the fulfilment partner for the selected item. Enter only the information needed for delivery. Your checkout address is remembered in this browser tab so you do not need to enter it again. Quote audit files contain an address hash; private checkout snapshots for authorised staff may show the address. A placed order retains the delivery details needed for fulfilment.

Connections & hosting

Cloudflare delivers this site. Hosting, postcode lookup and fulfilment services receive the connection or request information needed to provide their service.

Analytics & advertising

Optional Google Analytics loads only after you allow analytics. It measures page views and product interactions, including bag additions and quote requests. Address fields and postcodes are not included in these events; search text is excluded from page URLs. Advertising tags and Google signals remain off. Use Cookie settings to change your choice. Account reporting integrations are separate from this browser tracking.
